能源可持续发展目标将大力推进减贫和应对气候变化事业
（IESM 讯）2015年9月16日，“人人享有可持续能源倡议”实施情况通报会议在纽约总部举行。
会议期间，潘基文秘书长指出，能源是连接经济增长、社会公平和健康环境的一条主线。可持续发展目标将能源纳入其中将可在消除贫困和应对气候变化等方面发挥“变革”作用。
潘基文表示，自从相关倡议在2011年发起以来，包括政府、国际组织、公民社会和私营部门的成千上万的合作伙伴得到动员参与其中。他指出，该倡议为既定每年筹资1，200亿美元用于实现人人享有可持续能源目标提供了解决方案。
潘基文秘书长在2011年发起的“人人享有可持续能源倡议”旨在2030年实现三项相互依存的目标：即确保全世界的人口普遍享有现代能源服务；将全球能源中的可再生能源比例提高一倍；将全球提高能源效率的速度提升一倍。该倡议号召各国政府、国际组织、公民社会及私营部门积极调动额外融资，在发展中国家帮助提供普遍可及的现代能源服务，包括照明、清洁燃气和用于生产目的的电力等。
（IESM News） On 16 September 2015 Meeting on implementation of Sustainable Energy for All initiative was held at United Nations headquarter， New York.
During the meeting， Ban Ki-moon， the UN Secretary-General said that energy was a threat that could string economic growth， social equality and healthy environment together. Sustainable development goals including energy would play a “revolutionary” role in eliminating poverty and tackling climate change.
Mr. Ban said that since the beginning of the initiative， thousands of partners including governments， international organizations， civil society and private sectors participated. He pointed out that this initiative provided solutions to the fixed annual 120 billion US dollars fund for the goals.
Launched by Mr. Ban in 2011， this initiative aims to achieve three inter-linked global targets， namely to ensure universal access to modern energy services， to double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency and to double the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix by 2030. The initiative calls on governments， international organizations， civil society and private sectors to make use of external finance to help developing countries with universal modern energy service including lighting， clean gas and electricity for production etc.
