摘 要 目的：探讨行腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者的临床护理方法和效果。方法：选择2014年9月—2016年9月收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者92例，随机法分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行优质护理，观察两组护理满意度和效果。结果：观察组的护理质量和健康知识掌握评分分别为（98.44±0.41）分和（96.09±5.46）分，对照组分别为（90.12±1.52）分和（89.61±6.33）分，组间差异均有统计学意义（P<0 . 0 5）。观察组的住院费用和住院时间分别为（7 028.32±301.22）元和（4.41±0.55）d，对照组分别为（8 029.12±402.46）元和（6.91±0.72）d，组间差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的护理满意度为97.83%（45/46），对照组为82.61%（38/46），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：优质护理干预腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者能预防并发症，缩短住院时间。

Study on the clinical nursing methods for elderly patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the clinical nursing methods and effect for elderly patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： From September 2014 to September 2016 92 elderly patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 46 cases in each group according to the random method. The control group received routine nursing care， and the observation group was given high quality care. The nursing satisfaction and effect were observed in the two groups. Results： The scores of nursing quality and health knowledge in the observation group were （98.44±0.41） points and （96.09±5.46） points， respectively and those in the control group were（90.12±1.52） points and （89.61±6.33） points， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time of the observation group were （7 028.32±301.22） Yuan and （4.41±0.55） d， respectively， and those of the control group were （8 029.12±402.46） and （6.91±0.72） d， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.83%（45/46）， and that of the control group was 82.61%（38/46）， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can prevent complications and shorten the length of hospital stay.

腹腔鏡胆囊切除术具有并发症少、恢复快、操作简单、安全性高等优点，广泛用于胆囊良性病变治疗中[1]。但有研究发现，因为老年患者年龄较大，身体各项功能明显衰退，且合并诸多慢性疾病，如果术后护理不当，容易出现诸多并发症，影响患者术后恢复[2-3]。本文报道优质护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者中的应用价值。
