奥美拉唑对上消化道出血患者尿酸的影响
[摘要]目的 分析上消化道出血患者采用奧美拉唑治疗对尿酸的影响。方法 选取2015年10月～2017年3月我院收治的50例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，通过自愿方式将其划分为对照组和观察组，每组各25例。对照组患者采用西咪替丁进行治疗，观察组患者采用奥美拉唑进行治疗。观察并记录两组患者不同时期的血清尿酸（SUA）值及血清尿素氮值，比较两组患者不同出血量及症状的SUA值。结果 两组患者入院时SUA、出血时血清尿素氮值比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组患者出血停止2周后SUA明显高于对照组，停止出血后血清尿素氮值明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组出血量>1000 ml、出血量500～1000 ml患者的SUA比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组的出血量<500 ml、休克症状、未休克患者的SUA均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 消化道出血患者采用奥美拉唑，一定程度上影响尿酸含量，促使尿酸趋于正常。

Effect of Omeprazole on uric acid in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of Omeprazole on uric acid in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 50 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into control group and observation group by voluntary way，with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Cimetidine and patients in the observation group were treated with Omeprazole.The serum uric acid （SUA） values and serum urea nitrogen values of the two groups of patients were observed and recorded，and SUA values of different blood loss and symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SUA values at admission and serum urea nitrogen when bleeding between the two groups （P>0.05）.The SUA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 2 weeks of bleeding，and the serum urea nitrogen after the cessation of bleedingas significantly lower than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.The SUA of patients with the bleeding >1000 ml，the bleeding 500-1000 ml were compared between the two groups，and the differences were not statistically significant （P>0.05）.The SUA of patients with the bleeding <500 ml，had shock symptoms and not shock in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Omeprazole can affect uric acid to some extent，and promote uric acid to be normal.
