On November 28， at “the Tenth China M&A Annual Conference” organized by CMAA in Hong Kong， seven major awards， including Outstanding Contribution of the Year Award， M&A Legal Service Award， M&A Financial Service Award， M&A Advisory Award， were formally announced. They were awarded to 27 bodies. Representatives from ICBC and Fubon， winners of Outstanding Contribution of the Year Award， and other award winners attended the M&A annual conference and received their awards.
"China M&A Specialty Awards" are co-sponsored by CMAA and Global M&A Research Center. Previously， the selection has been successfully held for five times. The sixth China M&A Specialty Awards selection upholds the principles of professional perspective and authoritative judgments， and adds award items to highlight the expandability and creativity of the power of M&A， according to the criteria of innovation， responsibility， influence， and added values. Today， China M&A specialty awards have become the prestigious awards representing the highest level of domestic M&A industry in the fields of professional services， operation skills and innovation capacity.
11月28日，在中國并购公会于香港举办的“第十届中国并购年会”上，正式揭晓了包括年度杰出并购贡献奖、并购法律服务奖、并购财务服务奖、并购顾问奖等在内的七项大奖，共有27家机构摘得奖项。其中，年度杰出并购贡献奖得主中国工商银行代表、富邦金控代表，以及相关奖项获得者共赴并购年会现场接受奖项。
“中国并购专项奖”由中国并购公会和全球并购研究中心共同主办，该项评选活动已经连续成功举办五届，本次第六届中国并购专项奖秉承往届专业角度和权威评判的原则，根据创新性、责任感、影响力和增值性等评选标准，在原有基础上，增设彰显并购力量拓展性、开创性的有关奖项。如今“中国并购专项奖”已成为代表国内并购行业在专业服务、操作技能和创新能力等领域最高水平的权威奖项。
