选矿厂设计说明书-公开DOC毕业论文

 要

  本设计按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了柴山铅锌矿 2500 吨/日铅锌选矿厂初步设计,产品为铅精矿和锌精矿。

 通过在湖南郴州的柴山铅锌厂进行的为期三周的毕业实习,收集相关设计资料的基础上,确定各车间的工作制度,对设计工艺流程进行了选择和论证,确定了破碎采用三段一闭路流程,磨矿采用两段两闭路流程,浮选采用优先浮工艺,精矿采用先浓缩后过滤的两段脱水的工艺流程。

 对设计工艺流程进行了数质量和矿浆流程计算,对选矿厂主要工艺设备进行了选择计算和选型。设计也进行了厂房总体布置和厂房内的设备配置。根据地形条件,粗碎、中细碎、筛分厂房分厂房布置,磨矿浮选共厂房配置,其中磨矿采用纵向配置,浮选机采用横向配置。浓缩机配置在露天,过滤机与精矿仓配置在厂房内。完成了粗中细碎筛分、磨浮、脱水车间平断面图、数质量及矿浆流程图和总平面共 6 张图纸的绘制,其中包括一张手工图。

 本设计还对选矿厂的建筑、供水、供电进行了规定,并进行了选矿厂的技术经济概算,经概算柴山铅锌矿 2500吨/日铅锌选矿厂基本建设投资总额为 17989.2万元,精矿销售成本为 46256.3 万元,年利润为 14991 万元,静态投资偿还期为1.24 年。

  f ABSTRACT

 According to the request of the intruction of plant design for undergraduated, the design of chaishan Pb -Zn Mine concentrator with the capacity of 2500t/d, and the products are lead and zinc concentrate. On the basis of the practice in Chaishan Pb -Zn Mine for three weeks, and the collection of data, the work institutions of each workshop were determined, and the technological process was also chosed and reasoned. The process of crushing is three sections with an open circuit, the grinding process is two sections with closed circuit, the floation process is selective flotation of lead minerals, and a process with two sections dewatering circiut which included concentration and filtion was adopted. Technological parameters of crushing, screening, grinding, floation (include the circuit of pulp)and dewatering were computed respectively. Then the technological parameters of equipments were computed and the schemes of equipments were compared and the optimal equipments were determined.

 The general arrangement of concentrator plant and the allocation of equipments in diferent workshop were presented. According to the topography of plant site, plants were arranged along the slope of mountain. The workshops of coarse crushing, middle and fine crushing and screening were aloted independent. The workshops of grinding and flotation were put together, and the longitudinal and lateral plans were used for the mills and flotation machines respectively. The concentrate machines were collocated seprarted from the filitering workshop and concentrate bins which were aloted inside six pieces of drawings ,such as the workshop of coarse.middle. fine crushing and screening , grinding , floation , dewatering and so on, were finished include a handicraft drawing.

 The plant construction, the water supply, the power supply have also been carried on the stipulation in this design, and estimate the ore dressing plant technical economy budgetary. After the budgetary estimate Chaishan Pb -Zn Mine 2500 ton/day lead zinc ore dressing plant capital investment total amount was 179,892,000 Yuan, the ore concentrate selling costs is 462,563,000 Yuan, the profit for the year is 149,910,000 Yuan, the static investment repayment period is in 1.24.
